Really good Hospitality Shines Through!

Despite a rough start, our one night stay turned around with a good private breakfast service that brightened our day. The garden view off the room offered a unique charm.

Good pick for exploring town in Stanwell, offering real value for money. The breakfast delivered to my room was a highlight, especially the warm pastries. Bring your own milk for coffee.

Finding the lodge was tricky due to its signage, which could be improved for better visibility.

Woken up early by creaky stairs. Breakfast costs a steep £10.95 served in-room with limited options-instant coffee and no fresh accompaniments for toast. Controlling the room's heating was out of my hands, leading to chills at night. Caution is necessary in the shower. Water can be scalding hot without any warning. Lastly, an unexpected extra charge for early check-in felt misleading, and settling the bill was awkward amid confusion and frustration.

we were there for early morning flight and had a really great stay. the staff was very pleasant and pleasant and provided us with tips. the hotel was placed 0.5 miles away from the airport.

Nothing everything was perfect

The location for Stanwell was magnificent, very close to the underground station, Windsor Castle which was approximately 6 miles away from the house and Terminal 5 Airport. Also, Saint Anne's Well was located in vicinity.

The room offered a good blend of vintage charm and modern comfort, enhancing my stay. Paul's cooking skills shone through at breakfast, served beautifully with attention to detail.

Oh mate, the breakfast was a proper treat with beautifully cooked eggs benedict and a fully decked-out English breakfast delivered to my room! And let's not forget the touch of chocolates by the bedside-what a lovely surprise! The lodge itself was pristine, boasting a gorgeous garden view and a super comfy bed with soft linens.

Finding the right bus to London was a bit of a faff, I ended up hopping on the wrong ones for a bit. But honestly, with all the lovely comforts back at the lodge, I didn't mind scrapping the outing too much!

The room was tidy enough and had a decent private bathroom catering to basic needs. It was a comfortable space for a couple looking to catch some rest in transit.

The sign for the place is tough to spot, leading to confusion on arrival. Airport transfers were problematic. We waited 30 minutes for a cab that was supposed to be a quick 15-minute ride, and there was an unnecessary charge for the airport shuttle. You can expect instant coffee at breakfast instead of brewed, which doesn't sit well with some travelers. The room allocation could be questionable too-why give a 71-year-old a room up a daunting flight of stairs? The lack of meal options nearby means you're stuck with low-quality fast food if you're too tired to venture far.

The lodge is conveniently located for quick access to Heathrow. The room was pristine, boasting a lovely garden view and offering all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Paul, the owner, is helpful, going the extra mile to accommodate our needs.
